Shipping and Delivery

  1. Order Processing

    • All planners are print-on-demand through our partner Bookvault in the UK. Production time typically ranges from 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for larger orders or during high-demand periods, such as holidays.

  2. Shipping Costs and Methods

    • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected shipping method. Orders will be dispatched via standard or express delivery, depending on your selection.

  3. Estimated Delivery Times

    • UK Deliveries: Estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch.

    • International Deliveries: Estimated 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on location and chosen shipping method. Delivery times may vary due to customs or local postal delays.

  4. Customs and Import Duties

    • For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

  5. Order Tracking

    • Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch if available. You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email.

  6. Delivery Issues

    • If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@growyourbrands.com so we can assist with tracking and resolution.

  7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If your planner arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receipt, including a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
