4. Ordering and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate, and you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

  • Prices for all products are in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped by third-party carriers. Shipping fees are additional and will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to courier delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the customized nature of print-on-demand products, we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if you need to request a return.

Terms & Conditions – Beauty Brand Start Up – Summer Camp

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or participating in the Beauty Brand Start Up – Summer Camp (“the Course”). By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Course is open to individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the Course materials via our online learning platform.
 Access includes 9 training modules, downloadable resources, and participation in scheduled live Q&A calls.
 Lifetime access is provided for the purchased materials, subject to platform availability and the continued operation of the program.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Course and instant access to resources, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers under any circumstances.
 Please review the Course information carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.

4. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including videos, templates, documents, and materials, is owned by Grow Your Brands International Ltd trading as The Beauty CEO Academy™. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the Course materials in whole or in part without prior written permission.

5. Live Q&A Calls

Live calls will be hosted on the dates provided in your welcome email.
 If you cannot attend live, you may submit questions in advance, and replays will be available.
 We are not responsible for your inability to attend due to personal scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or other reasons.

6. No Guarantees

The Course provides information, strategies, and resources intended to support you in building your beauty brand.
 We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, sales figures, or financial outcomes.
Your success will depend on your own efforts, implementation, and market conditions.

7. Disclaimer – Not a Formulation Course

The Course is not a cosmetic formulation program. While we provide guidance on working with formulators and understanding manufacturing processes, we do not teach you to create or produce your own formulas.

8. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (e.g., internet connection, compatible device, software) to access the Course materials and participate in live calls.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Your Brands International Ltd, The Beauty CEO Academy™ and its instructors shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation in the Course.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
