Do you offer strategy sessions to think through the future plans for my brand?

Yes we offer full and half day strategy sessions which can be in person at your office, around your kitchen table or on Zoom. We can mentor you and your team to deliver this, or you may wish to engage us to do elements of the strategy on your behalf.

How much funding do I need to enter retail distribution?

Entering retail distribution, especially in major markets like the USA, often requires substantial investment and is a common point at which brands seek additional funding. While it’s challenging to pinpoint an exact figure without the context of your brand, the required funding will vary depending on your business model and approach.

For example, using a distributor can lower upfront costs, while establishing an in-country team, local warehouse, and directly managing retail accounts may require more capital. Retailer promotions alone can cost thousands. However, there are more cost-effective ways to enter retail that we can explore with you.

Can you run my brand for me?

Yes, one of the services we offer is fractional COO (Chief Operating Officer). This means we run all aspects of your brand and consult with you on the direction and seek funds approval.  We have clients where beauty is not their forte, and or they are running other businesses in a different industry so this option provides an alternative faster setup option than hiring your own team.

 What is included in each planner?

Each planner is thoughtfully designed with templates for annual, monthly, weekly, and daily planning, plus a monthly Brand Success Health Check, a monthly review and a monthly plan.  We include quotes and a QR code linking to a ‘how to use your planner' course. The planner is tailored to help product founders stay on track.

 Are the planners tailored for specific types of businesses?

While originally inspired by beauty brand founders, the planners are versatile and can be used by founders across various product-based industries.

Can I personalize or customize the planner?

At the moment, each planner is professionally designed with a standardised layout and cover. However, we are exploring options for future customization, so stay tuned!

What is print-on-demand?

Print-on-demand means that each planner is printed specifically for your order. This helps us reduce waste and ensure you receive a fresh, high-quality product every time.

How long will it take to receive my planner?

Because the planner is print-on-demand, it typically takes 3-5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Exact delivery times will depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship to the UK and select international locations. If your location is not listed, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I purchase in bulk or for corporate gifting?

Yes, we offer options for bulk purchases and corporate gifting. Please contact our team directly to discuss quantity pricing and timelines.

Do you offer wholesale options for retailers?

Yes! We welcome wholesale partnerships and provide special rates for retailers interested in stocking our planners all of which have ISBN’s.  Contact us directly for more information.

Are the planners available on Amazon?

We’re currently working on listing our planners on Amazon. In the meantime, they’re available through our Shopify site and select retail partners.

Can I return or exchange my planner?

As our planners are printed on demand, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect or issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your planner for assistance.

Are the planners eco-friendly?

Our planners are printed with a print-on-demand model, which helps reduce excess waste. We partner with Bookvault, which prioritizes sustainable materials and practices whenever possible.

Who are these planners designed for?

How do I get the most out of my planner?

Each planner includes a “How to Use” guide accessed through the QR code inside the planner to help you maximize its tools and templates. By setting aside time to review and plan regularly, you can stay on track and make meaningful progress toward your goals.
