Working with Inspiring The Future, supporting schools with business and career opportunities, often I’m blown away with the ideas and creativity of children and the questions they have. Gen Alpha are seeing cosmetics brands on Tik Tok, the success and growth these brands are having and want to know how they can do that. I’ve met some 15 and 16 year olds with very clear ideas and want to know what to do next. Some are already buying and selling online and you’d be amazed at how much profit they are making. So inspiring! The world of work is changing rapidly and you no longer need to be a big business to start a beauty brand.
The tables were reversed, and these young people inspired me to create a book to help them bring their ideas and dreams to reality and learn the business and entrepreneurial skills many are not learning at school.
